Drone inspection for reactive maintenance Portsmouth

Our team were recently instructed to carry out a drone inspection of guttering and roof valleys to one of Pure Offices locations in Portsmouth.

The site manager realised that any defect to the building would mean potential down time to the occupying businesses and so commissioned one of our drone teams to inspect the guttering to ensure that it was not blocked or damaged. The location sits in beautifully landscaped surroundings, but with close, over-hanging tress the chance of blocked guttering was increased. Coupled with the client’s desire to avoid unsightly scaffolding at all costs, our drone systems were a perfect choice.

As well as high resolution inspection imagery, we also supplied accurate roof dimensions of each aspect of the report.

The inspection was carried out on a Sunday when the offices were closed to minimise disruption to the busy tenants, with the inspection report delivered that very afternoon.
