Are you fully licensed and insured?

Yes—our pilots operate to UK standards and we carry specialist public liability insurance for aerial work.

How much does a drone survey cost?

This varies from task to task and depends on complexity of images or footage required. What we can say is we are able to provide some of the most competitive prices in the current market, so contact us for a quote you may be pleasantly surprised. If we cant complete the work due to inclement weather we will reschedule at the at the soonest time possible at your convenience. There is no charge for a cancellation up to 48 hours prior to deployment. After this time there may be a small charge incurred to cover administration costs if you choose to cancel. If we cannot fly due to weather we do not pass the costs of a reschedule on to our clients.

Can you fly in the rain?

We can fly in light rain however the problem we have is poor visibility, which leads to poor imagery. So as a rule if prolonged rain is forecast on the day we won’t fly. Also if high winds are forecast we wont be able to fly.Part of the pre-flight planning phase is to carry out a meteorology check to look for any gaps in the weather and if that means we have to fly the task early in the morning or late in the evening then we will do as part of the service we provide.

How long does it take to get the data to get sent to us?

We can transfer raw images straight to you on site if that’s is what is required, or we can provide fully edited and post-production packages within 48hrs. We also have the ability to provide live streamed footage on site for your subject matter experts to review as part of the survey and to ensure all footage is framed correctly.
